Want to get a cool gift for a friend, family member, spouse, or coworker, but you don’t want to spend too much of your hard-earned money? No problem, there are lots of things you can get for really cheap.

The list below presents 10 really cool and very useful tech gifts that you can get for less than $100. Just the ones at the bottom are $100. All the other ones are significantly cheaper than that.

1. A gift card for Amazon, iTunes, and more

You’re not really sure what to get and you don’t want to risk it. This is where gift cards come in. Get card a gift card and let people get whatever they want. You could get a gift card for Amazon, Apple’s iTunes, Microsoft’s Windows Store, or Google’s Play Store. If you want something tailor-made for a gamer, you could get a gift card for Valve’s Steam or EA’s Origin.

Another nice thing about gift cards is that you can choose how much you want to spend. You can spend as little as $10, as much as $100, and even more.

2. Google Cardboard virtual reality device

Virtual reality devices are all the rage now. While most are fairly expensive, there is a cheap alternative: Google Cardboard, which you can get for around $20. It's by no means perfect, but it’s a fun way of playing with virtual reality.

If you want to get something that’s a bit more expensive, you could get Samsung’s Gear VR, which retails for $99.99 MSRP. On November 20, the Gear VR became available at Amazon.com, BestBuy.com, Samsung.com and BestBuy.

3. Chromecast or Chromecast Audio

Google’s Chromecast is a small dongle that plugs into your TV and lets you stream media from your phone or computer to your TV. Chromecast Audio plugs into your speakers and lets you stream music from your phone or computer to your speakers.

The new Chromecast, with its round design, looks better than ever. And it’s only $35.

4. Bamboo charging station for multiple devices

The bamboo makes this multi-USB charging station look amazing. Looks are important, after all. Available on Amazon for $45.99 (discounted from the original price of $99.99), this beauty can charge five devices at once. You can use it to charge your tablet, you smartphone, and your smartwatch.

5. Jawbone UP MOVE activity tracker

While most activity trackers are well over $100, Jawbone UP MOVE is only $49.99. This entry-level, clip-on portable device will help you lose weight, get fit, and even sleep better. It’s available in a variety of colors, it’s about the size of a quarter, and it runs on a coin-cell battery that promises months-long life.

6. Tylt Vü wireless charger

The Tylt Vü wireless charger works with Samsung’s Galaxy Note 5, Galaxy S6, S6 Edge and S6 Edge+, and with any other smartphone that features the leading Qi wireless charging standard. By using a 3-coil system, the Tylt Vü can charge your phone no matter how you position it, be it landscape or portrait mode.

The Tylt Vü wireless charger will set you back $59.99.

Speaking about wireless charging, I have to remind you that IKEA has multiple wireless recharging products to offer. I also have to remind you that Samsung created a computer monitor that can wirelessly recharge your mobile.

7. Samsung Animal Edition Battery Pack

If you have a battery pack, you don’t have to worry that your smartphone will run out of battery. You can use the battery pack to recharge your smartphone and to power any USB-charged device.

There are lots of battery packs out there. So why did I choose Samsung’s Animal Edition Battery Pack? For two reasons, actually. One, the animals are incredibly cute. And two, you’ll help “recharge” the lives of endangered species.

The 8,400mAh battery pack that features the lesser panda is $58.99 on Amazon. The one with the fennec fox is $70 on Amazon. The larger 11,300mAh battery pack that features the giant panda is over $100 on Amazon.

8. BookBook Classic case for your MacBook

The BookBook will make your MacBook look like a vintage book. It is a handmade, genuine leather case with reinforced corners, a cushioned spine, a velvety soft interior and hardback book covers. The Classic Edition is priced at $79.99 while the Rutledge Edition is priced at $99.99.

This case’s name reminds me of how IKEA made fun of Apple about a year ago.

9. Logitech MX Master wireless mouse

Released to the public back in April, the MX Master is Logitech’s most advanced mouse to date. It has a stunning design, it works with Windows and Mac OS X, it has well-positioned wheels, a powerful battery, and more.

If you want to learn more about it, you can do so here.
If you want to purchase it, it’s available for $99.99 on Logitech’s website.

10. Dropbox Pro subscription

By getting a Dropbox Pro subscription, you get a whopping 1TB (that's 1,000GB) of cloud storage space. Earlier this month, Dropbox announced that it introduced the option to gift Dropbox Pro subscriptions.

“Starting today, you can buy a Dropbox Pro gift subscription for one year, and send it to your lucky recipient with just a few clicks. It’s the perfect way for your parents to store photos and videos, for your colleagues to expand their portfolio, or for the students in your life to back up all their most important work,” announced Wyatt Gleichauf, Business Operations at Dropbox.

A Dropbox Pro 1-year subscription will set you back $99. You could get such a gift for a friend who is upset that Microsoft drastically cut OneDrive storage plans.
