At the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2015 event in New York, Samsung unveiled the new Galaxy S6 Edge+ as well as the new Galaxy Note 5.

Here are the main things you need to know about these two new devices.

Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+ Specs

• Display & size – Dual edge 5.7” Quad HD Super AMOLED, 2560 x 1440 (518ppi) screen; 154.4 x 75.8 x 6.9mm, 153g.
• Processor – Octa core (2.1GHz Quad + 1.5GHz Quad), 64 bit, 14 nm processor.
• Memory & storage – 4GB RAM (LPDDR4), 32/64GB (UFS 2.0).
• Camera – 16MP OIS (F1.9) rear camera, 5MP (F1.9) front camera. Double tap the Home button to have direct camera access.
• Connectivity – WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC.
• Sensor – Accelerometer, Proximity, RGB Light, Geo-magnetic, Gyro, Fingerprint, Barometer, Hall, HRM.

Both devices, the Galaxy S6 Edge+ and Galaxy Note 5, are available globally starting from August, 2015.
