Windows XP Boosts Older PC Sales, Move the OS with Easeus Disk Copy
It has recently come to light that people are buying second hand PCs not because of the economic crisis, nor because they prefer outdated hardware, but for a very interesting reason – to get their hands on the Windows XP operating system. They could always buy Vista and then exercise their downgrade option, but that would hardly be an economically viable option, now would it.

They could keep the old ones and risk getting sued over lengthy Vista boot times. Intel for example has openly admitted that for the time being, the majority of its systems will keep running on Windows XP.
