Security company AVAST recently announced the launch of the AVAST #SecurityTip Contest. The exciting thing about this contest is that you have the chance to win one of the following cool prizes: 1-year license for avast! Mobile Premium, 1-year license for avast! Internet Security, Nexus 4 smartphone, Nexus 7 tablet.

What do you have to do to win? The quick answer is this: share your knowledge. Each week throughout September, AVAST will focus on a security topic. By sharing a useful tip related to that topic, you have the chance to win a Nexus device or a 1-year license.

Here are the main details you need to know about the #SecurityTip Contest

Contest duration
September 9 – October 4, 2013. The contest is made up of 4 rounds. The winner of each round will be announced on Monday.

Prizes
Each round will award 5 avast! Internet Security licenses, 1 license, 1 Nexus 4, and 1 Nexus 7.
You can win a smartphone or tablet only once, but you may enter multiple times for the chance to win a license.
Popular vote will determine the winners of the free licenses.
AVAST Marketing department personnel will pick the winners of the Nexus devices.

To enter the contest you must go through 4 steps: like the avast! Antivirus Facebook page, access the contest app, fill in the necessary contact details, and share a useful security tip (use the hashtag #Security Tip in your tip).
