What’s better than getting a brand new iPhone 7? Getting a brand new iPhone 7 that tells everyone you care about others and you’re willing to help the fight against AIDS. That is the case with the special edition red iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, the latest devices to join Apple’s (PRODUCT)RED lineup.
Every time a customer purchases a (PRODUCT)RED item, Apple makes a contribution to The Global Fund, which uses all the money it gets to finance HIV/AIDS programs that help people in Ghana, Lesotho, Rwanda, South Africa, Swaziland, Tanzania, Kenya, and Zambia.
"Since we began working with (RED) 10 years ago, our customers have made a significant impact in fighting the spread of AIDS through the purchase of our products, from the original iPod nano (PRODUCT)RED Special Edition all the way to today’s lineup of Beats products and accessories for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch," said Apple CEO Tim Cook.
"The introduction of this special edition iPhone in a gorgeous red finish is our biggest (PRODUCT)RED offering to date in celebration of our partnership with (RED), and we can’t wait to get it into customers’ hands," Cook added.
What makes this special edition iPhone 7 stand out is the vibrant red aluminum finish, which is accompanied by white front bezels and a silver Apple logo. Alongside the phone itself, you’ll get a Lightning to USB cable, 5W USB power adapter, Lightning to 3.5mm headphone jack adapter, and EarPods with Lightning Connector.

The pricing is in line with the regular iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. The red iPhone 7 is priced at $749 for the 128GB model and $849 for the 256GB model, just like the standard iPhone 7. And the red iPhone 7 Plus is priced at $869 for the 128GB model and $969 for the 256GB model, just like the standard iPhone 7 Plus.
