Search engine giant Google is more than happy to be your guide to the 2014 FIFA World Cup, event that begins today, June 12th.

Enter the search query “world cup” on your desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone, and Google will present lots of info to help you stay on top of the tournament: team lineups, live scores, schedules, standings, up to the minute information about attempted goals and player stats, a timeline of all major moments during live matches.
By Googling “world cup” on my desktop I can see that at 4PM on ESPN, I can watch the match between Brazil and Croatia.

World Cup games will be played on 12 stadiums in Brazil. You can explore all of them with Street View in Google Maps. It must be mentioned here that you can also use Street View to tour iconic painted streets in Brazil.
