Now I always found that reasoning to be somewhat flawed. What about parrots? They can speak – sort of. Or apes that can use sign language to communicate. Going by the “if you cannot talk you’re not human reasoning” could we say that babies are not human? After all, they can’t talk right away, can they?

You cannot talk to a baby; you cannot ask the baby why he’s crying so hard. You can only assume that if he’s been recently fed, then you need to change his diaper. Or you can assume that he’s stressed, or tired, or something else that babies get. All this guess working can be a bit tedious, so the guys at Biloop Technologic came up with an iPhone app that promises to do away with all the guess work.

iTunes 9.0.2 Update Loves Apple TV 3.0 Software, Breaks Palm Pre Syncing (Again)

The update, which follows in the footsteps of iTunes 9.0.1 and iTunes 9.0, brings forth one significant new change: support for Apple TV 3.0 Software. Other changes include the option to select a dark background for Grid View, and enhanced app management.

The previous iTunes update, mainly iTunes 9.0.1, was a bug fix release that addressed the following issues:

Resolves issues browsing the iTunes Store.

Addresses a performance issue where iTunes may become unresponsive.

Fixes a problem where iTunes may unexpectedly quit.

Fixes a problem syncing Podcasts in playlists to iPod or iPhone.

Fixes a problem sorting albums with multiple discs.

Addresses an issue with the Zoom button not switching to Mini Player.

Improves application syncing for iPod touch and iPhone.

Genius is now automatically updated to show Genius Mixes.

Before that there was the iTunes 9.0 release. Version 9.0 was a significant version change that came with the following features and enhancements:

New look for the app and iTunes Store

Share your iTunes library with up to 5 authorized computers.

Improved syncing

Enhanced App Management

New music format called iTunes LP

Genius Mixes puts together a playlist composed of songs it thinks go well together

iTunes U items are organized in their own section of iTunes library

About 30,000 ringtones available for purchase.

Getting back to iTunes 9.0.2, I mentioned earlier that it brings support for Apple TV 3.0 Software. But what does Apple TV 3.0 Software has to offer? Here are the highlights:

Redesigned main menu

iTunes Extras and iTunes LP in fullscreen

Listen top Genius Mixes and Internet radio on your home theater system

Available for free to existing Apple TV owners
