SFEChat description
A nicely featured frames-based chatroom. Supports several admin functions such as kick, ban, adduser, deluser, showusers, "op", and more. Admin can add emoticon images which users can use in the chat. Has registered users, temporary admins, who's online listing, topic changing and more.
