WHY? - By simply adding one line of code to your website or blog, you can open up a new world of possibilities. Two main features of Moouse Icing are : 1. Add stickies to any webpage. 2. add annotations or captions to any image. Edit, move, resize them as if you would edit Windows or OSX style stickies, all via a slick AJAX based interface. Annotations and captions will 'remember' what picture they are on, even if the picture is moved to another page! HOW? - How does Moouse Icing work? Using a combination of prototype.js, script.aculo.us, and JSON(Javascript Object Notation) , Moouse Icing recognizes what URL the browser is on, retrieves a list of images, and through a login system, either lets you create and modify annotations and stickies, or be only able to view them. All stickies and annotations are presented with a slick, tranparency enabled, click and drag to move and resize interactivity.
