FoodTracker PC Publisher Description
Imagine carrying the nutrient information for 5000 foods provided by the number #1 authority on foods, the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture!)

Foods are broken down into smaller sub categories including Fast Foods, Vegetables, Oils, and much more

Comes in with a built in Food Tracker so you can track your daily intake of foods. Includes information for Carbohydrates, TOTAL FATS, Sodium, Protein, CALORIES, and Cholesterol.

Ability to add your own foods. This will allow you to not only add individual foods, but you can come up with your own MEAL schemes. For example, add up the ingrediants for your own CHILI and then save it as John''s Chili. That way, every time you make John''s Chili, you just add it to the food tracker for the day to determine what your eating.

Great for people who have to watch what they eat, including diabetics because now you no longer have to carry around a bunch of books and brochures.

Try the demo before you buy!
