ExpoAgenda Publisher Description
ExpoAgenda, trade show guide and event planner ExpoAgenda is a show guide and event planner program for trade shows. This version of ExpoAgenda comes configured with all events for Fall COMDEX® trade show  at LasVegas starting Nov 18,2002. Guide and event manager for upcoming COMDEX® trade show  This version of ExpoAgenda comes configured with all different conferences, seminars, tutorials and booth information for Fall COMDEX® trade show starting Nov 18th at LasVegas. ExpoAgenda:
  • Allows viewing All Events, or Events of different types as classified for the show in a simple list.
  • It provides multiple user categories so that modified events with notes can be saved for different purposes such as "Sales lead", "Idea", "engineering lead" etc.
  • It allows adding your own events of types "Meeting" and "Partiy".
  • It can import additional events described in separate .csv files created by you.
  • It allows exporting events from various categories to separate .csv files that can be viewed by program such as MS Excel on Desktop PC.
How it works
  • ExpoAgenda identifies different functional areas into categories such as "None", "Competition", "Sales lead", "Engineering lead", "Marketing lead", "HR Lead", "Idea", "Hot Prospect", "Possible supplier".
  • All events including the booth information is configured to "Category None". You can view a list of "All Events" or events of different types such as "Keynote", "Conference", "Tutorial", "Debate&Seminar", "BizTech Conference" etc. The list will display the event details including an event code, event name, date, time, venue, room/booth number and Note if available.
  • ExpoAgenda allows searching the event database with a search string and the events/booths with the search screen will be displayed on the screen in a list.
  • Tapping on an event in the list will display details of the event and will allow you to edit. During edit, you can add "Note" to the event/booth, assign it to any of the user Categories listed above and save it. You continue doing so to as many events/booths you like.
  • Anytime during or after the end of the show, you can select different category on the screens and the events assigned to the category will be listed. You can export these list of events to a .csv file, or beam it to another device in .csv format. These .csv files can be loaded using MS Excel or any other program to see a report, and generate leads for different departments.
What does it lead to ExpoAgenda is a platform for creating guide and event management options for trade shows. Once you have ExpoAgenda, all you need to do it to download or create the Event database for a show and copy it to the PDA and then view and manage events pertaining to the show using ExpoAgenda. Other Information
  • Current version of ExpoAgenda only supports the COMDEX® trade show. The next revision of ExpoAgenda will support any trade show with different types of events and user categories just by importing an event database from our website.
