The principle of the Cosmobiologic Birth- and Conception Control is very easy. It says that a woman is always receptive for impregnation when there is the same moon phase as on her birthday. The connection between the cycle of the moon and the women is nothing new and is described in a lot of different cultures since centuries. Nowadays, this method was re-discovered and described in the 50s of the 20th century from the Czech psychiatrist Dr. Eugene Jonas. The new thing about it is the statistic validation of the method. Procedure for family planning
If you want to use CosmoBio for your personal family planning, you should avoid sexual contacts on all days marked red, but definitely have sex on all days marked with a red number. The symbol shown on this special day is acoording to the sex of the child to be.
