Out of all the iPhone apps out there, some are extremely useful (like Pandora 2.0, Seadragon Mobile, or Craigsphone) while other apps are designed with the goal to simply make you feel better, or occupy your time with something fun. The iPhone app I would like to present to you is called iPity, will cost you precisely $0.99, and features the most memorable quotes ever to come out of the mouth of 80s TV star, Mr. T.

“Are you constantly surrounded by fools? People givin’ you jibba jabba everywhere you go? Give them a piece of Mr. T’s mind with iPity! With iPity, keep fools and suckas at bay with one of over 30 no-nonsense remarks from the man himself. And remember - stay in school!” says the official description for this iPhone app.

The way this iPhone app functions is pretty straightforward: whenever you will touch the iPhone’s screen, an animated head of Mr. T will recite a quote. The quote can be random or you can pick one from the 30+ quote selections; but if you go for the random quote, the lips of the animated Mr. T head will actually move simultaneous with the audio playback.

Here are a few selections you can expect to get by purchasing the iPity iPhone app:
- “I pity the fool”
- “Get out of my way sucka!”
- “I ain’t dressin up like no nun!”
- “You eat it!”
- “Whatchu talkin’ about fool?”
- “How about F-O-O-L”
- “You got a choice Jack… you either talk, or you hurt!”
- “Im’a forge new and wondrous things upside your head”

The only thing that would make this app better is if the selection of quotes would be a bit larger and if it would be offered for free. I do realize that $0.99 is not a fortune, but they do say that “the best things in life are free”, don’t they?

If you would like to get iPity, a download location is available here.
