As of this month, the Zombies! Run! game is also available for Windows Phone users. This means that the ultra-immersive running game and audio adventure co-created with award-winning novelist Naomi Alderman is now available for all major mobile operating systems: Apple’s iOS, Google’s Android, and Microsoft’s Windows Phone.

You can get the Zombies, Run! game from Microsoft’s Windows Phone Marketplace here, Apple’s App Store here, and Google’s Play Store here. The app is priced at $7,99 or corresponding local currency.

If you’re not familiar with the Zombies, Run! game and you’re not in the mood to read a lot of text, let me make things simpler for you. Here’s a short video released by developer Six to Start that presents the game. Check it out to find out what you can expect to get from the game.

If you are in the mood for reading, then let me satisfy that craving. The game puts you in a post apocalyptic world overrun by zombies. When you go out of your base, you are chased by zombies. You can hear their rattling groans and their guttural breath getting closer and closer. Keep running to elude the zombies and stay alive. As you’re running you get to collect different supplies that you can use later on to grow the aforementioned base.

Zombies, Run! combines the thrill of a zombie game with physical exercise. Jog around the city or in a park or anywhere else you want, evade the zombies, collect resources and supplies, then use the resources to grow your base. It is up to you to use the items you find to eventually turn the base into a “fortified beacon of civilization.”

Get the Zombies, Run! and you will have the chance to test your zombie evading skills and physical fitness in 30 missions and over 40 runs worth of gameplay.
