More good news for fans of The Hunger Games comes from Microsoft: the company is giving you the chance to win a Windows 7-powered HP Folio 13 (approximate retail value of $1074) that’s engraved with the name The Hunger Games and with the District 12 insignia.

Here is what you have to do to win the Hunger Games engraved ultrabook: imagine you were inside The Hunger Games and think of how you would use a PC to win the games. Then follow @windowsblog on twitter and share your idea in the comments section on the Windows Experience Blog here. Your comment must include your Twitter handle on top of a story about The Hunger Games.

The sweepstakes will come to a close at 11:59PM PT on March 30th, 2012. So if you want the chance to win a Hunger Games engraved HP Folio 13 powered by Windows 7, make sure to submit your story by that time. The winner will be picked at random from all the participants. The full legal terms and conditions for the sweepstakes are available here.

Putting the spotlight on the prize, here are the technical specs of the HP Folio 13 ultrabook you could win:
  • Display – 13.3 in diagonal HD BrightView LED-backlit (1366 x 768)
  • Processor – Intel Core i5-2467M 1.60 GHz with Turbo Boost Technology up to 2.30 GHz
  • Memory – 4 GB DDR3 1333 MHz
  • Hard drive – 128 GB SSD
  • Video – Intel HD Graphics 3000 with shared graphics memory
  • Camera – HP TrueVision HD Webcam
  • Battery – 6-cell lithium-ion (up to 9 hours).

If you want to purchase the HP Folio 13 ultrabook, you can get it from the Microsoft Store here.

I started this article by saying that Microsoft has more good news for Hunger Games fans. Earlier this week the Internet Explorer team announced that it partnered with Lionsgate and came up with the Capitol Tour website that lets you dive into The Hunger Games world.
