Or to put it in other words, this week the official Vine app for Windows Phone 8 has been released to the public. Anyone can get it for free from the Window Phone Store.
“Today, we’re launching Vine for Windows Phone, making it easy for even more people to capture and share life in motion,” announced on Tuesday, Vine Designer Ryan Swigart.
