Two Gorgeous and Icy Themes for Windows 7

Earlier this month I invited you to check out some very nice Christmassy themes you could use to decorate your computer. Since then I’ve gotten some comments from some “Grinchy” friends who said they don’t care much for the winter holidays and they would like something that is not Christmassy to decorate their Windows 7-powered PCs. And that’s when I realized that there may be other people out there who may feel the same.

To them I present two icy themes that are as chilly as the Grinch’s frozen heart: Party Ice and Ice Water.

All kidding aside, these are properly good looking themes that look amazing. Let’s take a quick look at the two theme’s shall we. Below I’ve listed the following: the theme’s official description and a small preview.

Party Ice theme for Windows 7

Official description:
“Set a party mood on your desktop with close-ups of colors filtering and reflecting through the prism of irregular ice cubes. Add a black light for maximum grooviness. Download this free Windows 7 theme to get the party started.”

Ice Water theme for Windows 7

Official description:
“Ice and water go together like Astaire and Rogers, cookies and milk, and all the other great teams: beautifully. Each on its own is nice, but together they create something with extra sparkle. Add glamorous images of this all-time great team for free to your Windows 7 desktop.”

Party Ice and Ice Water are just two of the many Windows 7 themes available on the Windows Personalization Gallery. If you are not familiar with the Windows Personalization Gallery, then I must tell you that it is a site that has more than 100 themes to offer to Windows 7 users. The themes are offered free of charge for Windows 7 Home Premium, Professional, Enterprise, or Ultimate. The site also has some nice desktop backgrounds and desktop gadgets to offer. You can visit the Windows Personalization Gallery by clicking here.
