Do you know what you did a year ago today? TimeHop, an app that is now available for iOS and Android, takes you back in time and tells you what you did a year ago.

So, today is the 3rd of April 2014. The TimeHop app connects to various social service accounts and tells you what you did on the 3rd of April 2013. It displays the photos you shared on that date, the updates you posted on that date, or where you were on that date.

Good news for the millions of Android users around the world! The TimeHop app – tagline “A time capsule of you” – is no longer an iOS exclusive. You see, the TimeHop app has recently been rolled out to Google’s Play Store. Go get it and see what you did a year ago today!

It can be fun to see what status updates you shared a year ago, what you liked a year ago, or where you were a year ago. TimeHop does precise that. It takes you back in time by showing you what you shared on social media services a year ago. It tells you what updates you shared on Facebook, what photos you posted on Instagram, what topic caught your attention on Twitter, and where you signed in with Foursquare.
