There are many, many Windows 7 themes available for download on the Personalization Gallery, but seeing how its February and Valentines Day is almost upon us, I thought it a good idea to present the lovely themes you could get and use to decorate your desktop.

Starting with the most recent addition to the Personalization Gallery, I present to you the Animal Affection theme. The official description of the theme says it all:
“Goldfish kiss, horses nuzzle, hummingbirds tenderly touch beaks, cats nap in an intertwined heap, and leopards groom each other in this collection of adorable displays of affection from the animal kingdom. A free theme for Windows 7.”

And if that is not enough, here is a preview to show you what you can expect to get from this Windows 7 theme.

Since the spotlight is on animals, I think it’s only fitting that we move on to the Lovebirds theme. This theme, which has been in the Personalization Gallery for a while now, features shadowbox-style lovebirds. Here is a preview of what this theme that will add a dash of romance to your desktop this Valentines Day.

Let’s move on to another Windows 7 theme that has been recently added to the Personalization Gallery, shall we? I am of course talking about the Roses theme. Here is its official description:
“Known as "the queen of flowers," roses have been valued for thousands of years for their beauty and fragrance. Their connection to romance also spans the generations, popping up in songs, poems, and in lovers' bouquets since at least the Middle Ages. Savor the extraordinary beauty of roses in this free Windows 7 theme.”

And here is a preview of the Roses theme.

Perhaps roses are not to your liking, perhaps you would rather look at lacy hearts in pink, white, red, and black. In that case I present to you the appropriately named Valentine theme. It is a collection of four images of lacy hearts.

So far we have themes that focus on affection, roses and lacy hearts. Know what’s missing? That’s right, chocolates! Check out the deliciously good looking Chocolate theme.

So there you have it: five themes to decorate your Windows 7-powered computer this Valentines Day.
