Bethesda and Zenimax are glad to announce the launch of The Elder Scrolls Online Gold Edition, which includes the base game, the four DLC game packs that have been released so far, the Palomino Horse, and 500 crowns that you can spend on anything you want in the Crown Store.

"If you've been thinking about trying out The Elder Scrolls Online, there's no better time than now," says Zenimax.

ESO Gold Edition – What it costs

The game is available for PC/Mac, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. You can purchase it from select retailers or from the official ESO Store, where it’s priced at $59.99 or €49.99. The base game, which doesn’t include the 4 DLCs that have been released so far, is priced at $29.99 or €29.99.

If you don't want to get ESO Gold Edition from the ESO Store, you can also get it from Steam.

ESO Gold Edition – What you get

On top of the base game that features the full ESO story, you get all the DLC game packs that have been released so far: Imperial City, Orsinium, Thieves Guild, and Dark Brotherhood.
  • Imperial City – Molag Bal and the forces of Coldharbour have taken control of the crown jewel of Cyrodiil: the Imperial City.

  • Orsinium – go to the mountains of Wrothgar, and to the Orc capital itself, to unravel plots and counter-plots, and clash with all-new enemies and allies.

  • Thieves Guild – join an organization of thieves, sneak in the shadows, recover lost treasures, explore never before seen locations, try an all-new skill line, uncover new armor and weapons, help restore a guild to greatness.

  • Dark Brotherhood – join the merciless Dark Brotherhood of the Gold Coast, discover if you have what it takes to become one of Tamriel's master assassins.

On top of that, you get a good-looking mount: the Palomino horse, which was bread for its unique appearance.

And last but not least, you also get 500 crowns that you can use in the Crown Store to buy anything you want. Speaking about crowns...

If you already bought The Elder Scrolls Online but you didn’t get any of the DLCs, there’s good news for you as well.

Presenting the Guilds & Glory DLC Mega-Pack

Alongside ESO Gold Edition, Bethesda and Zenimax introduced the Guilds & Glory DLC Mega-Pack which features all 4 DLC game packs that have been released so far. It is available for purchase from the in-game Crown Store for 5,500 crowns, which is a bargain, because purchasing all 4 DLCs would cost you 9,500 crowns.

A 5,500 Crown Pack is priced at $39.99 or €34.99 on the official ESO Store.
