The Beta version of Bitdefender 2015 is now available for download. Join the Beta test and you can experience the new touchscreen-friendly interface, the new maintenance and optimization tools, and the new Activity Profiles that intelligently adapt the system’s performance based on the user’s activity.

Security company Bitdefender started the week with an invitation – an invitation to Beta test the new 2015 Bitdefender edition that comes with a new touchscreen-friendly interface, new maintenance and optimization tools, the new Activity Profiles, and so on. Here’s a list of what’s new.

  • User interface – clean, touchscreen-friendly, carefully created interface.
  • Performance Tune-Up – after being revamped, it is even better suited to boost your PC’s performance.
  • One-click Optimizer – new feature that removes junk files, optimizes the browser, and repairs the Registry.
  • Safepay – enhanced online transaction security guard; online transactions are protected by the Safepay secure browser which is now faster, compatible with touchscreens, and more stable.
  • Wallet – IDs, passwords, and other valuable data is securely stored by Wallet which has been upgraded to extend support for personal information and allow users to search for keywords
  • Safepay and Wallet – Safepay is integrated with Wallet: credit card details are filled in automatically into billing fields; Wallet automatically fills in billing details when making a payment.
  • Vulnerability Scanner – is now faster than before. It quickly finds vulnerabilities and presents links to update vulnerable applications.
  • Parental Controls – faster, lighter, and exclusively connected to the cloud. See what your children do online, limit how much time they spend on the PC, see even the newest privacy risks.
  • Activity Profiles – the system performance is tailored to the user’s activity. Profiles intelligently adapt the system’s performance based on the user’s activity.
