Shoot the Zombirds: How Long Will You Survive?

Looking for a fun game to play on your Android or iOS-powered mobile device? To my mind the Infinite Dreams-developed Shoot the Zombirds app is the ideal game for when you have some time to waste and can’t find something interesting to do.

What I like about this game is that it combines two elements that immediately catch my attention: shooting stuff and zombies. The goal in the game is to protect a patch of pumpkids from evil zombie birds that want to snatch them away. You have a bow and some arrows and you have to shoot the zombies out of the sky. Watch out! If you run out of arrows or if the zombirds steal away all your pumpkids, it’s game over for you.

You start out with 3 arrows. Shoot a zombie bird out of the sky and you get an arrow; manage to shoot two or three at a time and you get two or three arrows. When you run out of arrows, the game ends, so pay attention to your aim. After you collect some coins you can purchase upgrades from the Grave Store – one of the upgrades gives you more arrows to start with.

You also start out with 3 pumpkids. If the nasty zombie birds steal them away, it’s game over. So use the arrows you have to protect them. Collect coins and spend them in the Grave Store on the upgrade that lets you start out with more pumpkids.

For the score multiplier to go up, you will be given several tasks. Right now I am at x13 score multiplier and the task I must perform is to shoot 30 zombirds in a row. I have been playing the game on a Samsung Galaxy S3 device for a couple of days now and I must say that I found it hard to put down.
