It can be therapeutic to confess awkward secrets or embarrassing stories. It helps to talk with someone about the weird things that happen in your life. You can do precisely that with the Awkward app for iOS. You can use the app to share any weird story you want. The app lets you record a 10-second long video confession and share it with the Awkward community.

You want your story out there, but chances are you don’t want people to recognize you. This is where the app’s blur function comes in. By using a simple slider, you can crank up the blur level and thus ensure nobody will recognize you. No one will be able to put a face to your story.

It can be therapeutic to hear other people’s confessions. It could do you good to see that you’re not alone, that weird stuff happens to other people as well. The Awkward app for iOS lets you view the confessions shared by the Awkward community. You can browse through the confessions other people posted.

If you find a confession that you really like, you can share with your friends. Each video confession has a unique URL and can be shared via email, Facebook, and Twitter. If you have a personal website or a blog, you can embed a video confession on your website/blog.

The Awkward app is offered to iOS users for the great price of free.
You can get the Awkward app for free from the App Store here.

Additional info on the Awkward app is available on its official website.
