Take control of Dante the Dolphin, a very cute dolphin by the way, and swim your way through a sea full of dangers.

The Sea Stars game puts you in control of a cute dolphin called Dante and tasks you with swimming as far as you can through a sea filled with jellies that will sting you, ice cubes that will lock you in a block of ice, rocket crabs that want to hit you, sea urchins that steal your coins, and other dangers.

Besides avoiding a variety of dangers, collecting coins is another thing you have to do in the Sea Stars game. Visit the Store and use the coins to unlock other Swim Stars. Besides Dante the Dolphin there’s Coral the Dolphin, Oscar the Orca, Teeter the Otter, Shelly the Sea Turtle, Mr. Puddles the Penguin, Flapjack the Beaver, Niji the Narwhal, Perry the Polar Bear, Mrs. Nibbles the Alligator, Cthathy-Loo the Great Old One, and a Secret Character.

From the same Store you can get a pet to accompany your Swim Star. You don’t need coins to get one of the more than 50 available pets – you need sand dollars instead. The game gives you enough dollars to get one pet, then you have to earn or purchase extra dollars.

Getting back to the gameplay, you control Dante the Dolphin by tapping the screen. When you tap, the dolphin dives and when you get your finger off the screen, the dolphin rises. Dive deep and then take your finger off and you can get the dolphin to perform some spectacular jumps out of the water.

As you swim along, make sure to collect as many coins as you can as. You should also collect clam shells (they have prizes inside) and sea stars (they give you various bonuses). What you must not do is run into the jellies and let the rocket crabs hit you.

The entertaining Sea Stars game is a treat from an audio-visual point of view and it’s offered free of charge to Android and iOS users.
