A fun, social, monster-themed word game has been published by Rovio Entertainment as part of the Rovio Stars initiative. Developed by Raketspel, the new game is called Word Monsters. It is available for free on the App Store!



A fourth title has been published as part of the Rovio Stars mobile game publishing initiative: Word Monsters. Developed by Raketspel and available for iOS, Word Monsters is a fast-paced and quite fun word game. After you pick a word theme, you must race to find all the words and find them in the correct order. Get things done quickly and you earn three gold stars. Replay levels to beat your high scores. Compete with your friends to show off your word mastery.

Word Monsters – Main Features

• Monsters – create a custom monster and show your competitors who they are up against.
• Competitors – you can play against friends or against a random opponent.
• Word Themes – you can pick one of 25 word themes, like 80’s pop songs for example.
• Coins – collect coins and unlock more word themes.
• Languages – compete in your favorite language: English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Russian, Finnish, Swedish and Brazilian Portuguese.

Rovio Entertainment introduced the Rovio Stars mobile game publishing initiative about a year ago. As part of this initiative, Rovio aims to find interesting games created by talented developers and present those games to a large audience. So far, four games have been published:
