Rovio Presents Angry Birds Heikki Kovalainen Game
Rovio Entertainment and its popular Angry Birds game once again make the news here on FindMySoft. Earlier this month we reported that a huge summer update called Piglantis has been released for Angry Birds Seasons and that a free iOS version of Angry Birds Space has been released to the App Store. Today we must report that Rovio Entertainment rolled out a new version of Angry Birds to the web.
The new game that has been released to the web by Rovio Entertainment is called Angry Birds Heikki, after Finish Formula One racing driver Heikki Kovalainen who races for Caterham F1. If you’re anxious to try it out, you can find the game at heikki.angrybirds.com. But if you stick around, I’ll tell you a bit more about it.
Angry Birds Heikki is a co-branded webgame that has 12 exclusive levels to offer. All these levels are based on upcoming Formula 1 races. The race that you can play right now is Silverstone. Come July 11th and there will be a new level to play, one based on the Hockenheim race. A new level for Angry Birds Heikki will be added for each F1 race. The Angry Birds Heikki features an exclusive power-up called Heikki Power. You will need a code to activate the power-up, code that you can find on Heikki’s Facebook page here.
“The Angry Birds Heikki game is part of our larger partnership with F1 driver Heikki Kovalainen,” explained Rovio on Monday when it announced the launch of the game. “As a Finnish company, we’re happy to see our fellow Finn sporting an Angry Birds helmet and collaborating with us this brand-new webgame and upcoming co-branded merchandise.
