In our day-to-day life we run into a multitude of stress inducing situations that test our patience and our resistance to pressure. If all the hardship around you is making you tense, then why not let the iPhone help you out? With the Meditate Now 2 iPhone app you can relax as you have never done it before.

Meditate Now 2 is made up of a series of audio clips that are designed to help you relax. The audio clips, which are narrated by the award winning meditation expert Sin Hansen, range from 9 to 15 minutes long and are meant to guide you to a realm of rest and relaxation. Here is how the iTunes description showcases the audio clips in question:

- Be Grateful – Relax and feel more gratitude in your life
- Anchor your Spirit – bring substance to your life
- Breathe It Out – breath meditation that is perfect for anxiety and feelings of panic
- End Pain – bring relief to arthritis, labor, chronic, and surgery pains
- Your Best Self – Connect with your full potential and move beyond daily concerns with the meditation
- Serenity Prayer Meditation – recited at a time of trouble. Used in recovering alcoholics and addicts.
- Center Your Chakras – Center and align your energy centers
- Emotional Acupuncture – for emotional emergencies

Now if that isn’t enough, or if meditation is not to your liking, there are other iPhone apps that will help you relax:
- Massager for iPhone is an app that as the name so adequately points out, can be used to massage your aching body. There are different massage patterns (Rising Sun, Rolling Waves, Whispering Winds, and Soothing Meadows), all based on Shiatsu, deep tissue and relaxation-type massage styles, that you can benefit from.
- Cocktails Made Easy is an iPhone app that shows you how to come up with tons of cocktails while using just a few basic ingredients. While we are not encouraging you to consume excessive amounts of alcohol, anyone will agree that having a refreshing drink can be a proper means of relaxation (especially if you have some friends over, have a cocktail and chat your sorrows away).
