You see, starting with the 5th of February, security company Malwarebytes started accepting Bitcoin payments for its consumer products.

Malwarebytes, the first major company that accepts Bitcoin payments for its consumer products, started by accepting Bitcoin payments for Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Pro, the antimalware suite that got great reviews in the media and earn top scores in multiple malware detection tests.

“As a leader in security, we are excited to accept a crypto currency that provides a level of anonymity to our security-conscience customers,” said Marcin Kleczynski, CEO of Malwarebytes. “Protecting customer privacy is part of our DNA, and taking payment in Bitcoins is a logical extension of that ethos.
