Concrete Software, mobile apps developer since 2003, has recently rolled out the Jellyflop! app for Android. It is a free, action-packed, physics puzzler you should try.

Jelly is a jellyfish that dreams about one thing and one thing alone: to fly. The fact that jellyfish cannot fly is not enough to stop the hero of Concrete Software’s Jellyflop! app. Jelly is determined to get what he wants, and by gathering enough feathers and gadgets his dream will turn to reality.

The Jellyflop! gameplay goes something like this:
  • Using your finger, you can draw gelatinous lines anywhere you want on the screen. Be careful, you only have a limited amount of material at your disposal to draw the lines.
  • When you press play, Jelly will bounce off those lines. The goal is to get Jelly to bounce from point A, his original location, to point B, the feather.
  • You should also try to collect all the water drops. You can use them to purchase hats for Jelly.

With Jellyflop! you will get to play through 100 levels spread across 5 zones: sea skippin’, beach bouncin’, jungle jumpin’, snow soarin’, and volcano vaultin’. As you play along your puzzle-solving skills will be put to the test, you will get to unlock some stylish hats for Jelly, meet some quirky characters, and earn achievements.

“Jellyflop! is a big step forward for us,” said Keith Pichelman, CEO of Concrete Software. “We have plenty of experience with puzzle games, but this is our first title that gives players the freedom to solve puzzles any way they want. We provide the toolbox, the rest is up the to their imagination.”

Check out the video below to get a better idea of what it’s like to play the Jellyflop! game.

If you want to get the game and play it on your Android device, you can grab it for free from the Play Store.
