Personally I do not like to pay a lot of money for software applications – that is why I always say that freeware applications are the best. I am sure that all you Palm Pre, Palm Pre Plus, Pixi and Pixi Plus users out there do not like to squander your hard earned money as well. You will be glad to find out that (almost) all apps in the Palm WebOS App Catalog are now 50% cheaper.

Until the 9th of July you can get almost any app at half the price. Just about all the apps in the US Palm APP Catalog and Palm web channel cost half as much as they used to.

“If you’ve been looking for a good excuse to check out some new apps for your Palm webOS phone, here it is: Starting today (and for a limited time), nearly every app in the US Palm App Catalog and Palm web channel are available at half price. So go ahead and treat yourself a few new goodies. Because for the next couple of weeks, if you have to have it, it’s only half to have it,” announced Communications and Marketing Director with Palm, Jon Zilber.

To visit the US Palm App Catalog, just tap the App Catalog icon on your mobile device. You have until the 9th of July (that’s about 3 weeks) to take advantage of this offer and get an app at half the price.

In further related news, did you know that the spacebar on your WebOS 1.4 powered Palm Pre Plus or Pixi Plus has some hidden powers? Did you know that it can do much more than insert a space in text? If you did not, check out this article.
