New Bing Theme Pack for Windows 7: Bing's Best 2

To make your user experience a more pleasurable one, you can customize the way the Windows 7 operating system looks by selecting a cool theme. Quite a bunch of themes are available for download online here.

As you may already know, Microsoft’s Bing search engine features a high quality image on its homepage each and every day. To create a bridge between Windows 7 and Bing, the development team behind the search engine rolled out a theme pack for Windows 7 called Bing’s Best – that was a while back. The team has recently released yet another theme pack called Bing’s Best 2.

"Our first Bing’s Best Windows 7 theme pack was so popular that we’ve decided to do another! From the jagged peaks of the Andes, to the Vermillion Cliffs in Arizona, to Spain’s Basque region, this set takes you around the world using some of our favorite Bing homepage images from the past several months," explained Bing's Stephanie Horstmanshof.

The theme pack contains a grand total of 21 wallpapers – check out a sneak preview at the bottom. Among the included wallpapers is the firefox that Bing featured on its homepage back in December, following Google CEO’s unfortunate comment. Here is a little reminder. Google CEO Erich Schmidt in a comment said that “if you have something that you don't want anyone to know, maybe you shouldn't be doing it in the first place.” Mozilla founding member Asa Dotzler responded by saying that Firefox users would be better off switching to Bing because Bing has “a better privacy policy than Google“. Microsoft said thanks by featuring a firefox (technically a red panda) on its homepage on the 14th of December.
