EA’s Ghost Games studio recently announced that the upcoming Need for Speed (NFS) reboot will feature five ways to play: Speed, Style, Build, Crew, and Outlaw.

But before we delve deeper into these different ways of playing the game, here’s the official NFS trailer that was presented at E3 2015.

As I was saying at the start, the rebooted version of Need for Speed will feature 5 ways to play: Speed, Style, Build, Crew, and Outlaw.

As Ghost Games explained in a press release, these 5 ways of playing Need for Speed are built around five real world automotive icons, each a hero of today’s culture. Furthermore, these 5 ways of playing Need for Speed will take you through an interconnected narrative, help you earn respect and built your reputation, and propel your progression as you take part in various events throughout Ventura Bay.

Need for Speed – Five Ways to Play
  • Speed – keep your nerve, put the pedal to the medal, and feel the adrenaline rush as you drive at top speed.
  • Style – take a corner in style by precisely sliding your car sideways.
  • Build – make visual and performance modifications, improve and personalize your car.
  • Crew – don’t hit the streets on your own, ride with your crew.
  • Outlaw – enjoy the thrill of messing with cops, being chased, and evading your pursuers.

“We’re bringing in Five Ways to Play to ensure that your gameplay experience is all your own and helps propel your progression every second, every minute,” said Marcus Nilsson, Executive Producer at Ghost Games. “We want everyone to experience that perfect Need for Speed moment - driving insanely fast, sliding through a corner in your customized ride alongside your friends, whilst being chased by the cops.”

EA and its Ghost Games studio finally provided a release date for the new NFS game:
  • November 3, 2015 in North America.
The game will be available for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.

And I end this article with another video from E3 2015, a gameplay demo that will give you a taste of what it will be like to play Need for Speed once it’s rolled out to the public.

Additional information about Need for Speed is available on its official website.
