Movn Gives You a Push to Move, Encourages You To Stay Active
Movn, an intelligent activity tracker that is available for iOS and Android, encourages you to stay active, pushes you to get off your chair and move.
Hitting the gym is a great idea if you want to stay in shape. But what if you don’t have the time to go to the gym? Well, there are lots of other small things that you can do to be more active – and Movn pushes you to make small changes in your lifestyle and thus be more active.
I saw a documentary some time ago that focused on staying in shape, gaining/losing weight, and working out to stay healthy. As expected, all the experts in the documentary talked about eating right and exercising.
