If you’re looking for an exciting game to play on your iOS or Android-powered device, I suggest you check out the Gamelion Studios-developed Monster Shooter.

The Gamelion Studios-developed free iOS and Android app Monster Shooter caught my eye because it exceptionally combines the following three elements: exciting shoot’em up action, hand-drawn 2D graphics that look very cute, all offered for the awesome price of free. So, if you’re looking for a fun app to play on your iOS or Android-powered device, I wholeheartedly invite you to go get Monster Shooter.

The story behind the Monster Shooter game is a simple one: some nasty aliens kidnapped your cute, white kitty. It is up to you to go get the kitty back. You will embark on an epic adventure that will take you through numerous levels spread across three planets, shoot a variety of enemies, and try out a nice selection of weapons. You'll get to blast the enemies away with a shotgun, plasma rifle, rocket launcher or a chaingun. On a personal note, the chaingun, in every game, is my favorite.

To better put things in perspective, and to keep things nice and short, here’s what you can expect to get from the Monster Shooter app:
  • 3 Game Modes: Story Mode, Survival Mode, and The Lost Levels. The first 2 game modes are free, the third one must be purchased.
  • Numerous weapons to try, many types of enemies to blast.
  • 3 planets and many levels to play through.
  • Exciting shoot’em up action, hand-drawn 2D graphics, and excellent sound effects.
  • OpenFeint is integrated in the Monster Shooter game. Buy new stuff and show your skills off to other players using OpenFeint.
  • All this for the awesome price of free (you will be presented with various ads though).
