Embark on an epic jumping journey and reach for the heavens in the incredibly amusing, free, Android and iOS game Mega Jump.

Here’s a game that will help you pass the time while you’re waiting for your airplane or while you’re chillaxing on the beach: Mega Jump. Be careful though, this game is so entertaining, it can prove to be so addictive, that you may miss your flight or you may end up with a nasty sunburn.

The goal in the Mega Jump game is simple: keep jumping higher and higher until you reach the end of the level. When you collect coins, you jump; tilt your device left and right to guide your character accordingly and collect the coins spread across the screen. For each 10 gold coins that you collect you get 10 Mega Points (MP) that you can use in the store to unlock characters, unlock wallpapers, and unlock powerups.

Speaking about powerups, you will come across various powerups during your epic jumping journey, such as boost stars, antigravity-boots, the magnet, and my personal favorite, the fireball that gives you a mega boost. Information on all the powerups available in the game is presented in its Help file.

The coins, stars, and powerups help you reach your goal of going all the way up to the heavens, finishing the level and unlocking a new one. As you may imagine, there are elements in the game designed to make your journey more difficult – the game would get boring very quickly without them. You will come across bounce, spike and break blocks, and you will also encounter several enemies: Kabluey, a blue bad guy with a big appetite that will try to take a bite out of you, Purple Nurple, a purple punk that will try to block your progress, and Dredful, a red rascal that will bare his big nasty teeth at you.
