Here are the features you can expect to get from the MTV News iPhone app:

For now the MTV News app is compatible with the iPhone and the iPod. An iPad version of the app will be released in the near future. Speaking of the iPad, did you know that in nearly 60 days since the device was rolled out, a staggering 2 million iPads were sold? The device was released on the 3rd of April. By the end of April a staggering 1 million devices had been sold; and by the end of May an additional 1 million devices were sold. This means that on average 1 million iPads are sold per month per month – which averages out to about 35,000 iPads per day.
