LinuxCon North America Coming to New Orleans this Year

According to the 2013 schedule of events published by The Linux Foundation, LinuxCon North America will take place in New Orleans this September.

The Linux Foundation, the nonprofit organization dedicated to accelerating the growth of Linux, has just published the schedule for the events it will hold this 2013. According to the schedule, there will be 15 international Linux events that will include 13 co-located Linux training opportunities.

LinuxCon North America, the leading annual technical conference in the US, will take place in New Orleans this year, from the 16th until the 18th of September. CloudOpen will also take place in New Orleans during the same period. The Linux Plumbers Conference, September 18-20, will be co-located with LinuxCon North America.

  • Linux Foundation Enterprise End User Summit – May 14-15, 2013, New York.
  • Automotive Linux Summit (Spring) – May 27-28, 2013, Tokyo.
  • LinuxCon Japan – May 29-31, 2013, Tokyo.
  • LinuxCon North America – September 16-18, 2013, New Orleans.
  • CloudOpen – September 16-18, 2013, New Orleans.
  • Linux Plumber’s Conference - September 18-20, 2013, New Orleans.
  • LinuxCon Europe – October 21-23, 2013, Edinburgh.
  • Linux Kernel Summit and Embedded Linux Conference Europe – October 23-25, 2013, Edinburgh.
  • Automotive Linux Summit (Fall) – October 24-25, 2013, Edinburgh.
  • Korea Linux Forum – November 2013, Seoul.
