Earlier this week, security company Kaspersky announced the release of an all-new security solution meant to protect Mac users from all sorts of threats. The name of the new security solution in question is Kaspersky Security for Mac.

You can get a 30-day Kaspersky Security for Mac trial right now directly from the company’s official site here. You will need to meet these system requirements to run the security solution: Mac OS X 10.6, 10.7, or 10.8, Intel processor, 512Mb of RAM, 350MB of free disk space, internet connection.

If you want to buy a 1 year subscription for 1 machine, you will have to part with $59.95. For this amount of money you will get a tool that provides powerful protection against Mac, PC and Linux malware in a familiar Mac-style interface.
