Microsoft recently presented the Top Searches on Bing this 2014 and according to the top, the most searched celebrity this year is Kim Kardashian.

While Bing users focused their attention on Kim Kardashian, Yahoo! users focused on Jennifer Lawrence – star of the highly acclaimed American Hustle movie, star of the Oscar-winning Silver Linings Playbook movie, star of the Hunger Games series, star of the newest X-Men releases.

It’s December, and 2014 is quickly coming to a close. Just like Microsoft, Yahoo! used this as an opportunity to look back at the most popular search queries of the year. The top search of 2014 on Yahoo is related to the Ebola scare, the most searched celebrity on Yahoo! this year is Jennifer Lawrence, the most popular gadget on Yahoo! this 2014 is Apple’s iPhone 6.
