Grand Theft Auto V Is Now Available for PCs

Get out of the way console players, it’s time for PC users to have some fun! It’s been a long wait, but thank the stars, it is now over! The fifth installment of the GTA series has finally been released for Windows.

Rockstar Games just announced that Grand Theft Auto V is now available for PCs. Get the open world, action-adventure game from a retail store or via digital download, and go explore Los Santos and Blaine County.

From a visual and customization point of view, the game is a treat: new foliage system; additional wildlife; enhanced damage and weather effects; resolutions of up to 4k; experience the game at 60fps; play with over 25 separate configurable settings for texture quality, shaders, and so on; extensively customize the mouse and keyboard controls; manage car and pedestrian traffic; play on dual or triple monitor systems; play using a controller.

Grand Theft Auto Online, the online multiplayer game, is included with GTA V for PCs. It comes with support for 30 players and 2 spectators, it features the Heists and Adversary modes, it has all available upgrades and content, it lets existing players transfer their characters and progression.

The new Rockstar Editor can be used to make videos within GTA V and GTA Online. It gives you the tools you need to record segments of the game, edit the recording, and upload the resulting video to the web. It features advanced camera manipulation, lots of filters and effects, and…just watch the video embedded below.



As always, you can listen to lots of radio stations as you drive around town or when you’re on your way to complete a mission. The Self Radio station lets players enjoy their own music; it hosts player-created custom soundtracks.
