Microsoft is giving you the chance to get all 6 movies from the Star Wars saga in Digital HD. The Redmond-based software giant just announced that for the first time ever, the Star Wars Digital Movie Collection comes to Xbox Video in Digital HD.

Xbox Video is Microsoft’s digital video service that offers HD films and TV shows for rental or purchase in the Xbox Video Store. Xbox Video is available as a free download on Xbox One, Xbox 360, Windows 8/RT, Windows 8.1, and Windows Phone.

What can I buy?

You can purchase a collection made of up of all 6 films from the Star Wars saga. Or you can purchase individual Star Wars movies. That’s “Star Wars: The Phantom Menace,” “Star Wars: Attack of the Clones,” “Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith,” “Star Wars: A New Hope,” “Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back,” and “Star Wars: Return of the Jedi.”

When can I buy the collection?

You can pre-order today and the collection will be available in Digital HD on April 10, 2015 on Xbox Video, the digital service for new movies and next-day air TV from Microsoft. This means that you can buy the Star Wars Digital Movie Collection right now, and watch it this Friday, April 10, 2015.

How much does it cost?

The collection is priced at $99.99 and each individual movie is priced at $19.99.
If you pre-order the collection, you’ll get the Star Wars Pinball Pack for Pinball FX 2 and you’ll also get an R2-D2 avatar for Xbox 360.

What’s Xbox Video?

Xbox Video is Microsoft’s digital video service. From the Xbox Video Store, you can rent or purchase movies. As of this week, Xbox Video is available as a free download on Xbox One, Xbox 360, Windows 8/RT, Windows 8.1, and Windows Phone.
