Forza Horizon 3 Demo Is Finally Available for Windows 10
Weeks ahead of the official Forza Horizon 3 launch, Microsoft rolled out a Demo version of the game, giving racing fans and potential customers the chance to try it for free, without having to spend any of their hard earned money.
Great news for Xbox One players, bad news for PC players. Even though Forza Horizon 3 is an Xbox Play Anywhere game, meaning you can play it on your Xbox One console and your Windows 10 PC, the Forza Horizon 3 Demo was released for Xbox only.
Brian Ekberg, Community Manager at Turn 10 Studios (the developer that assisted Playground Games with the Forza Horizon 3 development), explained at the time that the PC demo would be released "after the game’s launch."
It’s been close to a month and a half since Forza Horizon 3 was released to the public. After all this time, the demo version for PC has finally been rolled out.
"Windows 10 players can now get a taste of the epic automotive adventure that is Forza Horizon 3 with the launch of the Windows 10 demo of Forza Horizon 3," announced Brian Ekberg on Thursday. "Starting today, the Forza Horizon 3 Windows 10 PC demo is available in the Windows Store for no additional charge.”

The Forza Horizon 3 Demo for Xbox has been updated. The update brings with it HDR support, meaning that if you have an Xbox One S console and an HDR display, you can "experience the fun and beauty of the Forza Horizon 3 demo in all its HDR glory."
