Image hosting website Flickr is offering you a cool way to turn your photos into a stunning, professional-quality photo book.

Just in time for the holidays, Flickr introduced Photo Books. It takes the photos you select and uses them to come up with a cool photo book. You can then have the book delivered to your home, or you can have it delivered to someone else.

The Flickr team recently announced that it came up with a new way to help you bring your Flickr sets to life, that it developed a cool new means of helping you tell a story with your Flickr photos – Flickr Photo Books. As the name so adequately points out, you can use it to come up with photo boos – professional-quality and quite appealing photo books, to be more precise.

Using Flickr Photo Books is a very, very straightforward matter. The whole thing works something like this: select a photo set, arrange the photos as you see fit, add photos from another set if you want to, click the Photo Book icon, and wait for the photo book to be created. You can then have the photo book delivered to yourself, to a family member, or to a friend. Seeing that the holidays are just around the corner, a beautifully bound photo book with a photo wrap hardcover and matching dust jacket could prove to be a very nice gift.

“Our focus with Flickr Photo Books is to make it simple and intuitive to create a book that always looks great and is beautifully finished. From the handpicked full-bleed layouts, to the heavy stock photo Lustre paper and the image-based cover with matching dust jacket, we know you’re going to love your books,” explained Tom Hughes, Vice President, Flickr.
