When Mozilla rolled out Firefox 34 to the public, it introduced Firefox Hello, a global communications system that is built directly into the Firefox web browser. By using Hello, Firefox users can connect for free with friends, colleagues, family members, and so on. Just by sharing a link, Firefox users can enjoy voice and video calls online.

Now that Mozilla rolled out Firefox 35, it removed some of the call steps and thus made it easier to use Firefox Hello.

“We’re simplifying the call process by eliminating some steps. After locating the Hello icon in the menu bar or customization panel, simply click the ‘Start a conversation’ button to create your first conversation. Now when you start a conversation, a window opens showing a self-view until the person you have invited clicks on the link and joins you. While you’re waiting for them to join, you can navigate away from this call window to a website. Hello will then notify you when another party joins the room. The Hello icon will turn blue and you’ll get an audio alert,” explained Mozilla.

Firefox 35 lets you share content through a multitude of social networks – Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, LinkedIn, and more. All the social services that you can use with Firefox are available on the Share Activation page.

Firefox 35 invites you to check out the Firefox Marketplace Beta. Or to put it in other words, Mozilla opened up the Firefox Marketplace for testing on the desktop. You will see a new Apps entry in the the Tools menu and a new Apps entry in the customization panel.

“Firefox Marketplace Beta is now open for testing on the desktop on Windows, Mac and Linux. Firefox Marketplace Beta is built on open Web technologies to give developers and users the flexibility of creating and consuming consistent and connected app experiences across platforms,” explained Mozilla.

Firefox 36, which is currently in Beta, is also available for download here on FindMySoft. Firefox 36 is scheduled to be released on February 24, 2015.
