Fotorus, a Fotoable-developed app offered for free to iOS and Android users, lets you edit images and come up with something that can only be described as awesome.

Photos are fun, there is no denying that – there’s also no denying that with a bit of help from a free app they can be extra fun. The app I am talking about is called FotoRus. Developed by Fotoable and offered for free to iOS and Android users, this is a photo editing app that combines ease of use with powerful functionality. You will have no problems using the app to come up with an image that will leave others speechless – or get them to say “wow”.

FotoRus Main Features

Pro Edit – load an image and crop it, change the orientation, add effects, adjust the colors, draw on it add text, and more. The Pro Edit feature is powered by Aviary, company that offers a robust, customizable photo editor that can be plugged into apps on iOS, Android, Windows Phone and HTML5 in minutes.

Photos – select the photos you want and use them to come up with collages. There are various types of layouts you can pick for the collages you create. There also several filters, effects, and borders you can use for the collage.

Pic-in-Pic – load an image, then choose between several filters that generate some rather interesting picture-in-picture effects. It must be mentioned here that based on this feature, Fotoable created a standalone app called PIP Camera.

GIF – with this feature you will be able to create GIF animations. Besides transitioning from one image to another, this feature also lets you add various effects and filters to the animation you’re working on.

FotoRus is available for free on the App Store here and on the Play Store here.
The PIP Camera app is also available for iOS and Android.
