Chrome for Android (Beta) Introduces Pull-to-Refresh for All Websites

Facebook, Twitter, and even 9GAG have accustomed us with pull-to-refresh functionality. Pull down and your Facebook news feed will be refreshed with the latest posts. Pull down and your Twitter timeline will be refreshed with the latest tweets. Pull down and 9GAG will present the latest posts.

You can enjoy pull-to-refresh functionality on any website, if you get the latest Chrome for Android Beta. The latest update brings this sort of functionality to all websites. No matter what website you visit on your Android device, you can pull down and Chrome will refresh it.

“The Chrome Team is unquestionably ecstatic to announce the release of Chrome 41 Beta for Android,” announced Jason Kersey on Wednesday, January 28. “Chrome 41.0.2272.34 will be available in Google Play over the next few hours. This release allows you to pull to reload at the top of most pages, along with a number of bug fixes and performance improvements,” he added.
