Check out the Angry Birds Star Wars Gameplay
If you’re excited about the launch of the new Angry Birds Star Wars game and if you want a sneak peak at what it will be like to play the game, then I will not waste your time and I will invite you to check out the videos that Rovio recently released.
If you’re not familiar with the topic at hand, let me make things clearer for you. In October, at the start of the month, Rovio Entertainment announced that it entered a partnership with Lucasfilm with the aim of creating a new, Star Wars-themed Angry Bird edition appropriately entitled Angry Birds Star Wars.
The new game is scheduled to be released on November 8th. It will be available for iOS, Android, Amazon Kindle Fire, Mac, PC, Windows Phone, and Windows Phone 8.

Peter Vesterbacka, the Mighty Eagle and CMO of Rovio, had this to comment on the new Angry Birds Star Wars game:
“This is the best Angry Birds game we’ve ever done. It’s the best parts of Angry Birds with all new cutting-edge gameplay set in a galaxy far, far away. As a big Star Wars fan myself, I’m really excited about this new universe. The Force is definitely strong with this one.”

In related news, Lucasfilm has been acquired by Disney for the amount of $4.05 billion, making this the company’s biggest takeover in about 7 years. Starting with 2015, Disney intends to make a new Star Wars trilogy – Episode VII, VII, and IX.
“Lucasfilm reflects the extraordinary passion, vision, and storytelling of its founder, George Lucas,” said Robert A. Iger, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Walt Disney Company. “This transaction combines a world-class portfolio of content including Star Wars, one of the greatest family entertainment franchises of all time, with Disney’s unique and unparalleled creativity across multiple platforms, businesses, and markets to generate sustained growth and drive significant long-term value.”
