Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino is a Hollywood-based Native American casino that features some 2,500 gaming machines and 130 table and poker games on its 130,000 square foot gaming space. It also features a grand total of 17 restaurants, a bar and a 481-rooms hotel.

In collaboration with mobile app developer MacroView Labs, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino has come up with an official app for the incredibly popular iPhone (see here) and an official app for the Google-developed Android operating system that powers a variety of smartphones (see here). As Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino representatives explained, the two apps are meant to provide gamers with “instant access to the all of action, entertainment and luxury through hundreds of pages of dynamic content.”

The apps, which are offered free of charge by Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, provide useful information about the casino and the games it has to offer, information about the shows, attractions and amenities the casino has to offer, information on the restaurants, clubs and lounges available, and a lot of other information.

Here are two, no three situations when the app can come in handy. Say you want to see how the rooms at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino look like – you can do that using the app. Say you want to contact the front desk, or order room service – you can do that from within the app. Say you want to access a map to help you navigate your way around the resort – the app has detailed property maps to offer.

"Our new mobile applications are a fun and easy way for our guests and customers to explore all that the Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood has to offer - right from their mobile device," said Jeanine Repa, senior vice president of brand marketing for Seminole Gaming. "Whether they are already at the Seminole Hard Rock or if they're planning a visit, our mobile apps offer users from virtually anywhere, and at any time, the ability to access the information that they need for their stay."

"Mobile technology is changing the travel experience, giving consumers immediate access to location-aware functionality and information," said Aron Ezra, CEO of MacroView Labs. "We're excited to be working with the Seminole Hard Rock to bring guests a whole new way to interact with each other and with the brand. There are some terrific features in these apps -- with even more on the way."
