Rovio Entertainment is working on a new Angry Birds game. The bad news is that this new game is still “under pigstruction.” The good news, if you’re from Canada, is that you can get a sneak peak at this new game.

Angry Birds Under Pigstruction, Rovio’s new Angry Birds game, just soft launched in Canada. It is available for free on Apple’s Canadian App Store.

“We’re giving Canadian bird-flingers a sneak peek at a brand new game that’s under pigstruction, featuring those most enraged of avian protagonists, the Angry Birds! Join the core cast of Angry Birds characters (and some new faces) in a brand new twist on the slingshot gameplay you know and love,” said Rovio Entertainment.

Angry Birds Under Pigstruction – Main Features

• New Pigstructions – the piggy constructions are different in this game; they’re a bit more challenging that what we’re used to. As Rovio explained, the pigs are constructing extra-difficult multi-stage levels.
• New Bird Cards – you get to choose what bird to use to bring down the aforementioned constructions. You need to collect bird cards to be able to do select birds.
• New Spells – thanks to some cool new spells, like blizzards, chilis, or magic ducks, the birds can do massive damage.
• New Destruct-O-Meter – the more blocks you destroy, the more extra throws you get!
• Strategic Gameplay – strategically choose what birds and what spells to use. Especially when going against…
• Boss Pigs – the boss pigs are the baddest guys on Piggy Island. It takes a lot to bring these guys down.
• Tournaments – daily tournaments for players who want to earn feathers, upgrade their birds, and challenge players from around the world to find out who’s the most hardcore bird-flinger of all.
