CHIP Romania Names Kaspersky PURE 'Product of the Year 2011'
Kaspersky Lab, company that offers award-winning antivirus and mobile security software for home and corporate users, was glad to announce that its Kaspersky PURE product has been named Product of the Year 2011 by the readers of CHIP, a leading Romanian IT magazine. Kaspersky PURE beat BitDefender Total Security 2011 and Eset Smart Security 4 by scoring 38.9% of the total votes; BitDefender scored 2002% and Eset scored 14%.
It would seem that Romanian users recognize that Kaspersky Lab makes properly good security software solutions. Proof of this is the fact that for 3 years in a row, readers of CHIP magazine picked a Kaspersky Lab security solution as the best security software product of the year. The difference is that in the past the readers would choose Kaspersky Internet Security.
